The agreement between you and Vena when you use our app and website.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form an agreement between you and
SELLHEX LLC and govern your use of the Vena VPN app for Android
(package com.vena.vpn) and the website venavpn.com
(together, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
How we handle your information is described separately in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
The Service is operated by SELLHEX LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Florida, United States (Document Number L26000128727), at 7901 4th St N, Ste 20132, Saint Petersburg, FL 33702-4305, United States. SELLHEX LLC is the developer named on the Google Play listing for Vena VPN.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Vena. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf. Vena is not offered in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or the United States, and we do not direct it to residents of those regions.
Vena offers free access supported by ads. You can earn VPN time by watching rewarded ads. Earned time is a limited, personal, non-transferable benefit — it has no cash value, cannot be sold or exchanged, and is not refundable. We may change how free time is earned, granted or limited at any time, and we may withdraw time obtained through fraud, automation or manipulation of the ad system. A paid Premium plan may be offered in the future with its own additional terms.
You can use Vena as a guest, or create an account with an email address and password. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity that happens under your account. Notify us promptly at [email protected] of any unauthorized use.
Important: the Service does not currently offer a password reset or email verification flow. If you forget your password, we cannot recover it or restore access to that account, and any VPN time associated with it will be lost. Please store your password somewhere safe. We plan to add password reset in a future release.
You agree not to use Vena to:
A VPN changes how your connection is routed; it does not place you outside the law. You remain responsible for what you do through the Service.
Each account may connect from a limited number of devices at a time. When that limit is reached, new connections are refused until an existing device disconnects. We may adjust the limit as the Service evolves.
We work to keep Vena reliable, but the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available in every location, and server locations may change or be withdrawn.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SELLHEX LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You may stop using Vena at any time. You can delete your account and its data from inside the app (Settings → Account → Delete my account) or by following the steps at venavpn.com/delete-account. Deleting your account is permanent and any accumulated VPN time is lost.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless the mandatory law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
