Delete Your Account

Option 1 — Delete it in the app (fastest)

If you still have Vena VPN installed, this is the quickest route and takes effect immediately:

Open Vena VPN.
Tap the gear icon on the home screen to open Settings.
Go to Account.
Tap Delete my account.
Confirm. Your account is deleted and you are signed out.

Uninstalling the app on its own does not delete your account. Please use one of the two options on this page.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you have already uninstalled the app, or you cannot sign in, email us and we will delete the account for you.

Please send it from the email address registered on the account — that is how we confirm the request is really yours. If you used Vena without ever creating an account, say so in the message and we will explain what to send instead.

We confirm every request and complete the deletion within 30 days. In practice it is usually the same working day.

What gets deleted

Everything we hold that is tied to your account is erased:

What is kept, and why

Data	Kept for	Reason
Reward transaction IDs from watched ads	A limited period afterwards	Discarding them immediately would allow the same ad reward to be claimed twice. They contain no email address and are not linked to any activity.
Support emails you sent us	While useful for follow-up	So we can pick up related issues. Ask us in your request and we will delete these too.
Records we are legally required to keep	Only as long as the law requires	We keep only the specific item required, and use it for nothing else.

We never held logs of the websites you visited, your DNS queries or your traffic contents, so there is nothing of that kind to delete. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.

Before you delete

Deletion cannot be undone. Any VPN time you earned by watching ads is lost permanently and cannot be restored, even if you create a new account on the same device.
You do not need to delete your account to stop using Vena. You can simply disconnect and uninstall — though your account data will remain until it is deleted.
